Refund policy

30-Day Free Returns

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. Returns are free – we'll email you a prepaid return shipping label, so it costs you nothing to send it back.

What can be returned
- Unopened, unused items in their original packaging and condition
- Brushes, combs and applicator systems that have not been used
- Any item that arrived damaged, defective or wrong (see below)

For health and hygiene reasons, hair and beauty products that have been opened or used can't be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.

How to start a return
1. Email us at najmuzic@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
2. We'll reply with a free prepaid return label and instructions.
3. Pack the item securely and drop it off with the carrier.

Please contact us before sending anything back – packages sent without a return request can't be accepted.

Damaged, defective or wrong items
Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund – your choice. No need to return the damaged item unless we ask.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.

Exchanges
Want a different variant (comb instead of brush, or a different cream)? Start a free return and place a new order for the item you want, or email us and we'll help.

Not returnable
- Opened or used hair and beauty products (unless damaged or defective)
- Gift cards
